Vendors and alcohol

An open vendor policy welcomes your preferred professionals. Confirm insurance, licenses, bartending and alcohol rules with our team before arranging service.

Setup, décor and equipment

Confirm included tables, chairs, linens, furniture, sound equipment, kitchen access and any add-ons. Obtain approval for decorations, candles, confetti, tape, balloons, DJs and live music.

Guests and care of the space

Confirm capacity, accessibility, restrooms, parking details, noise cutoff, security requirements, cleaning responsibilities and any damage or security deposit before booking.
