How many guests can the venue accommodate?
Capacity depends on the layout and space needed for your event. Confirm seated, standing or theater capacity and square footage with our team before booking.
Can we bring our own caterer and vendors?
Yes. Majestics has an open vendor policy. Ask our team about vendor insurance, licensed bartending, arrival times and service requirements before finalizing your team.
How long is a rental, including decorating and breakdown?
Rental length, minimum hours, early decorating access and breakdown time are confirmed in your agreement. Include setup and cleanup needs when you inquire.
What is included, and what can we add?
Ask for an itemized quote covering tables, chairs, linens, furniture and any A/V. In-house planning, furniture rentals and setup or cleanup options are available to discuss.
How do deposits, date holds and cancellations work?
Request the written terms for your date, including any courtesy hold, deposit, payment schedule, security deposit, cancellations and rescheduling. Your signed agreement governs the booking.
Can we serve alcohol or use the kitchen?
Confirm alcohol permissions, bartender licensing and insurance, and any kitchen or warming-area access directly with our team before arranging service.
What are the décor and music rules?
Check policies for candles, confetti, tape, balloons, DJs, live music, sound equipment and the music cutoff time before planning your setup.
